 Steve opened the mandatory State Team meeting. Talk about raffle and action

Steve announced any state team member excused. (Andy Mcintyre, and

Collin Fox) Covid

Board members present Steve Pike, Kevin Wiggins, and Steve Larsen

Steve congratulated everyone for making the state team.

Tell them they are the backbone of the Nevada Nation the expectation is everyone in this room will lead and represent the Nevada Nation to the highest level this next year.

9:40 AM

Kevin to go over State Team info in Binder items covered.Covid

  1. State team shirts will be handed out at the tournament.???
  2. Go over host hotel and State Team sponsors.
  3. Open Discussion about State Team Binder.

10:30 AM

               Steve Larsen, go over Team expenses and reimbursement.

10:45 AM: Break, Sell raffle tickets,  get ready for the main meeting

11:30 AM - Main Meeting.

Steve to open meeting welcomes everyone.

  1. Raffle Tickets sales 5 for $10 /30-$50 proceeds to support to Nation.
  2. Conversation business.
  3. Lunch is paid for by the nation. Drinks are on you. Please make sure you pay the server before you leave
  4. Steve P. talks about the 2022 schedule and dates.
  5. Steve P.cover entry fees. $100 sign up. $80 option, and $10 option for big Lg. mouth and $10 option for big Sm.(Open discussion.)
  6. Steve Larsen covers Financial Report.
  7. Mark Doren to talk about youth events

12:00 PM

  1. President and Treasure offices up for vote new nominees in office for the next two years. Steve Larsen voted in as Treasurer for the next two years. Steve Pike and Kevin Wiggins ran for President. Kevin Wiggins was voted in as President. Made an opening for Secretary. Brent Becker was voted in as Secretary for the next year.
  2. Also, all supporting officers are up for vote. No new nominees. Anthony McCause voted in as conservation officer, and Ron Slack voted in as Asst. Tournament Dir.

12:30 PM – 1:30 PM Break/Lunch

Announce final sale for Raffle Tickets Drawing

1:30 PM

  1. New Business /no new Business

2 PM Robert Maddox had the floor for club business

2:30 PM Draw for the raffle.
