The Nevada Nation Board President Doug Gaskill, Called the meeting to order at 12:15 PM. To go over the, 2018 Western Regional event. Current 2018 tournament standings. Current treasury report. Reading of proposed 2019 By-laws, and to vote on a special fundraising tournament at Temple bar on Aug. 19, 2018.

Minutes
12:15 PM: all members had arrived. Doug called the meeting to order and welcomed everyone. Informed the members of all Nation programs available at this time.
Old Business
12:30 PM: Doug talked about the President's meeting at Clear Lake.
12:45 PM: Doug asked Steve to review the yearly tournament standings.
12:53 PM: Doug reviewed the Western Regionals event and congratulated
Brent James and Jason Billmaier for making the 2018 BASS Nationals.
1:15 PM: Toby gave a current Treasury report. We have $4,000 left from the 2017 season to support the NV Regional event, and the National event, along with the President Meeting. We have $8,078. For the 2018 season collected so far.
Proposed By-Laws
1:30 PM: Doug asked Kevin to read the proposed By-Laws. Members were informed the By-Laws will be posted online and any suggested changes must be made in writing to the club President within 30 days of today's date, for the board to review and to be read at the September Nation meeting. The final vote will be made at the annual December meeting. An open discussion went on for an hour. However, all proposed changes as stated must be done in writing.
New Business
2:30 PM: Doug talked about a special fundraising tournament in August. Proposed it to be a points tournament. Open discussion for a ½ an hour, a vote was made to have a team tournament format no points at $250 a team. A Motor-Guide trolling motor will be the first place prize. The tournament will be held on Aug. 19, 2018, at Temple Bar. More info to come on Facebook.
