11 AM Doug opened the Meeting.

• Talked about Regionals at Lake Shasta.
• Hotel: “Shasta Dam Hotel”, Food, Nightly Meetings.
• Thanked everyone for acting as a Team and all staying for the Awards of Thursday.
• Congratulations to Tim Klinger and John Bryson for making the nationals this year.
• Asked John to talk. See if anyone else would like to talk about their experience.
• Doug informed the group the Nevada Nation was working with B.A.S.S. on holding the 2020 Western Regionals at Lake Mead, informed them there would be an expense from the

Nevada Nation for this event.

12:30 PM Doug re-opened Meeting.

• Steve to talk about the 2020 schedule.
• Review options for a $80 tournament option, a $10 Big Lg. Mouth option, and a $10 Big Sm. Mouth Option, for a total of a $200 entry next year to increase the payout for 2020.
• Open Discussion for 30 minutes. Any other thoughts please email Steve. All suggestions will be reviewed by the board and a final schedule will be handed out at the December meeting.

1:00 PM Doug introduced Mark as the youth director

• Mark talked about the High School Team
• Youth fundraiser logo
• Nationals in August
• Clubs Open Tournament
• Doug to announce the nation will be supporting the High school team with a $500 donation for Hotels and travel.

1:30 PM Hold Raffle

2:00 PM Toby Treasurer’s report

• Toby talked about a raffle for a Rifle
• Doug announced the Nevada Nation will be sending both the President and youth director back to the Nation’s meetings in November.
• Doug announced that the boater and non-boater would get $1,000 each for traveling expense to the Nationals.

2:30 PM Doug talked about December Elections.

• President and Treasurer's offices will be up for elections. If anyone is interested in running for a board office please e-mail Doug before September 30, 2019
• Toby announced he would not want to be Treasurer after this year, and ask for someone to run for this the position of treasurer.
• Doug Read Dave’s Letter. Open discussion will be reviewed and put up for a vote in December.
• Kevin reminded everyone the next nation meeting will be in October, after the Lake Mojave tournament. And the last meeting will be here at Charlie’s Lakeside in December and is mandatory for all State Team members to attend.
